Commercial terms still to be written
These are decisions for the owner and an adviser, and they gate launch:
- Acceptable use, including what games and content may be hosted.
- Customer server licensing: the rights an owner grants to run their build.
- Refunds, cancellation, taxes and payment rules.
- The remedy, if any, for missing the 24-hour target, and any service-level commitment.
- Privacy and subprocessor disclosures for the application.
- Age and region limitations.
- Incident and breach obligations.
- Support hours and response targets.
